Vibration + Sound + Healing at Fox Hollow Farm
We are excited to partner with Robin Aleksevitch to host an afternoon retreat at Foxhollow Farm on December 5th from 3-6PM. Robin is a biofeedback specialist and Tibetan sound bowl healer. We will be exploring the many ways in which vibrational frequencies permeate ourselves and the world we live in. Connecting with the pulses of the universe brings us into synchronicity with this time for reflection, celebration and gratitude. As we head toward the shortest days of the year and find ourselves being drawn to gather with others, we will share in a moment to welcome stillness in preparation for livelier gatherings yet to come, commemorating the passing of another year. Join us for guided meditation, a sound bath, talking council, breath work and an immersive music experience.
What to expect:
You will enter the space at Foxhollow Farm and explore the impressive collection of sound bowls that Robin has collected over the years, finding the one that most resonates with you. With that bowl and a blanket you will find your space and settle into an immersive experience. Mary will open your eyes to a world of vibration as cosmology, giving you an insight as to how the natural world uses vibrations to communicate and thrive. After small group discussions, internalizing how we too are part of this vibrational universe, Robin will share her knowledge of the vitality of sound she has learned in 35 years of experience as a registered nurse and healer and explore the effects of your bowl in aligning your chakras.
After being introduced to the world of vibrational interconnectivity, Rebecca will lead you through a breath work session as Bob creates a rhythm with guitar, electronic instruments, and visual projections to open yourself fully to the world of frequency healing. Robin will then take you on a sound bath journey that will settle into the pulses of your body and mind. Finally, Mary will guide you in a meditation that invites you to explore your inner world and imprint a memory you can carry with you to re-member how vibration connects us all, including our more than human neighbors.
We will conclude with light snacks, warm cider and (weather permitting) a bonfire at Foxhollow’s Stone Circle.
